Cancellation & Returns
Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected if, for any reason, you wish to return and item.
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 give you the right to a cooling off period of 7 working days starting the day after you receive the goods. If you wish to cancel the order, you must give us the following information, by email to email@example.com, within the 7 days: your name, address, order number and reason for return (eg damaged, received incorrect item, etc), replacement item code (if applicable). We will issue you with a Returns Authorisation Number, please quote this on your return. You are responsible for returning goods to us at your own expense. They must be in their original condition and you must take reasonable care that they are not damaged in transit. We recommend you send them by recorded delivery or other secure method. Once received, we will arrange a refund within the next 14 working days.
If we made an error with your order and you request a replacement, we will reship at no extra cost to you. If the replacement is not due to our error, we will deduct our reasonable costs of the shipping from your refund. If the replacement value is of a higher price, we will require payment in full of the balance before shipping the order.
